It is important to mention the denomination of the olive:

• Extra: for olives of superior quality, appropriate degree of maturity.
• First, “I” or select: for good quality olives.
• Second, “II” or standard: for those that do not fall into the previous groups.

This assures and guarantees that the product is of high quality.

Best before date, storage and use information.
