One of the advantages of digital printing – multiple label varieties with the same shape, dimensions, finish and on the same material can all be printed together in one print run, helping you to keep things as cost effective as possible. To specify the number of varieties to be produced in one run, simply enter the number of versions into the Online Calculator.

Self-adhesive labels on rolls or simply roll labels, are labels that require no extra adhesive and can be applied by simply removing the label from its backing and applying it to the desired surface – either by hand or with a machine.

We produce labels on rolls due to the simplicity and versatility this offers during both processing and application, for example when it comes to packing or bottling. They can be refined in many different ways and are therefore not just practical but also visually appealing.

Labels on A4 sheets are often also called sheet labels. In this case, you do not receive your labels on a roll, but on an A4 sheet. This production variant is ideal if you apply your labels manually to the product or packaging. Labels on A4 sheets are not suitable for the automated labeling process, i.e. with a machine. In this case, we recommend adhesive labels on rolls.

Of course. In the second step of the ordering process, you have the option to define the winding direction of your label rolls. You can choose from the following options.

This can be entirely up to you. If you have a desired number of labels per roll, simply let us know – it is also possible to specify this number when you order your labels online via the online calculator. If you are using a machine to apply your labels and need a particular maximum roll diameter, this can also be specified during the ordering process.

Yes, you can print with a thermal transfer printer on our gloss or matt white paper and on our matt white PP, as well as on our protective varnish.

When processing your roll labels, a difference is made between manual and mechanical processing.

In manual processing, the labels are applied to the product by hand. With automated label processing, on the other hand, your labels are applied to the product with a machine. Depending on how you process the labels, there are a few things to keep in mind when ordering. To ensure that the rolls are processed correctly, it is important to specify the correct winding direction when you place your order. The core diameter of the roll should also be known and can be specified when ordering.

In this way, nothing stands in the way of fast production and perfect post-processing.

Our recommendation: stick the labels on clean and, if necessary, sterilized surfaces. If you apply the labels by hand, we recommend that you wear gloves to prevent the formation of an invisible grease film or fingerprints. In addition, we recommend that you do not expose the products to temperature changes for 48 hours after labeling. Please note that may form bubbles on uneven surfaces.

The glossy finish and vibrant colours of stamping foils bring an extra level of quality to your labels, whether used for text, for your logo, to fill in an area, or for edging around images. We prepare a stamping tool especially for your label, so you can choose whatever design you like. The foil is applied to the paper using heat during the finishing process. Due to decades of experience with wine labels, we’re able to apply hot foils in-house, ensuring your labels look fantastic but remain cost effective at the same time.

Our hot foils in silver and gold are the most standard options but you can also get hot foils in a large variety of different colours. Need a very specific foil? No problem! We work with hot foils supplied by Kurz and if we don’t have them on stock yet, we can obtain them quickly and use them for your printing job. Just contact us if you’re looking for a particular hot foil.

Want to know exactly what your labels will look like when they come out of production? We would be happy to produce a colour proof for you for a small fee. We can then also use this for colour matching during production. If you would like a press proof, we would be happy to discuss and arrange this with you individually.

Standardised procedures (such as colour matching with previous runs), the most up-to-date measurement techniques, and stringent quality control guarantee that the quality remains the same within each run. Our colour management system allows us to meet Process Standard Offset requirements. We also work to minimise colour variation by constantly training our staff and using the latest technology. If, despite this, you are not 100% happy with your labels, please write to us using the Contact Form or call our customer service team, who will be happy to help you.

Our standard production time is 5-8 working days from the moment your artwork is in our system. Once your print data is uploaded, we can provide you with a more precise delivery date. Delivery times can vary according to the label type, any special finishes, and current production volumes. An estimated delivery date is always given both in the online calculator and in your personalised quotation. We aim to be as flexible as possible and will always try our best to meet your requirements.

The costs for express production are based on the basic costs for the label, as a rule the surcharge is 25% of the costs. However, this surcharge can vary. It is displayed to the cent in the calculator when you select the “Express production” option.
Express production takes place within 48 hours.It is only possible if we already have the tools required for production (punches, embossers…) in house. We do not offer express production for increased print runs of more than 20,000 pieces.

Express production jobs are completed within 48 hours.  Express Production is only possible if we already have the necessary tools (e.g. die cutters, stamping tools…) on-site. Is also not available for orders of more than 150,000 items.

Our system calculates delivery dates in real time, taking into account your job specifications, our current production volumes, and the chosen shipping method. UPS Standard Delivery (free delivery within the EU) takes 6-8 working days, and UPS Express takes 3 working days.

You can pay for your jobs using Paypal or credit card (VISA, Amex o MasterCard).

Orders for delivery within the EU are always free with standard delivery. If the labels are to be delivered outside of the EU a supplement is payable, according to the quantity of labels and destination country.

UPS Express overnight delivery is charged by weight.

Your items will be securely packed and shipped by UPS Standard. Express delivery is subject to an additional charge. Standard shipments are free of shipping charges. UPS Standard shipping is free, whilst UPS Express shipping is charged based on the quantity and weight of your roll labels.

In the top right-hand corner of our homepage you’ll find a link to the Login section. Here you can also find our signup page where you can enter a few details and register with etiqueta.es. One or two clicks later and your account will be ready! You can of course choose your own secure password.

Yes. You can enter and edit alternative delivery addresses in the »my etiqueta.es« area once you’re logged into your account.

Cancellations can be made by telephone or email. Cancellation is only possible if the job has not yet been passed to production.

If, despite our high quality standards, you notice any deficiencies in production, please contact us and we will take care of your concern.

Please send us an e-mail at info@etiqueta.es, quoting the relevant order/delivery note or invoice number, and describe your concern – please include picture or video material showing the reason for the complaint.

We prioritize any issue you are facing. Our team will work actively on resolving it and will get in touch with you as soon as possible. If the cause cannot be identified by e-mail and on the basis of the photos and videos sent, we must inspect the goods here on site so that we can clarify the cause and have a chance of a detailed investigation and, if necessary, rectification. Please understand that we cannot refund the labels without having first checked the case through our quality control. You are welcome to return the rejected labels to us free of charge for disposal.

As a professional label manufacturer, we are primarily focused on supplying companies. Accordingly, the pricing of our label production is only really interesting for larger print runs. Nevertheless, private customers can also order small print runs from us. So no, there is no minimum value for an order, but for smaller runs you have to reckon with correspondingly high costs.

Using natural resources sustainably is something we do as a matter of course. We organize our production methods to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We produce printing plates without the use of chemicals,use the latest technology to reduce waste, and purchase energy from renewable sources supplied by regional suppliers. Most of our materials are FSC-certified. In addition, we are expanding our materials portfolio to include sustainable materials, such as our Grass paper.
