Meet the team: André Alten

Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is André Alten and I am 47 years old. I would define myself as a cheerful, open-minded person with a positive attitude. Good humor is simply part of my everyday life.

What has your career path been like so far?

I started my career as an electrician, and then worked for 7 years as a technical assistant. Then I spent 14 years as a janitor at Landal Holiday Park. In addition, I accumulated 5 years of experience as an entertainment device technician. Since 2025 I am part of the etiqueta.es team as Technical Manager, in charge of facility management and maintenance of the structures.

How did you come to etiqueta.es?

Some friends who already worked at etiqueta.es invited me to join the team.

What is your role at etiqueta.es and what is a typical work day like?

I make sure that all the machines work properly and that everything runs smoothly – I am the “all-rounder” of the company.

What do you like most about your job?

What I value most is the possibility to grow freely. My job is very varied: I can find creative solutions and support others in their work, actively contributing to the team’s results.

Above all I value the young and dynamic colleagues and the positive energy of the team I work with every day.

What has been your best moment at etiqueta.es so far?

An important moment for me was the renovation of our DigiSheet machine and, of course, company parties, such as summer party and Christmas party.
