Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself.
My name is Marion and I am 38 years old. I really enjoy working in a team, especially when there are so many different people and departments: every day is different. I love to organize and coordinate, so this job fits perfectly with my interests and skills. Also, I’m not afraid to make decisions and try new things.

What has your professional career been like so far?
After finishing high school with a major in economics, I decided to train as a digital and print media designer, specializing in media design.
However, in order not to stagnate and to be able to develop personally, I decided to undergo further training as a media technician while working. After my first maternity leave and upon my return to work, I was given the opportunity to turn customer complaints into something positive for the company. I documented and analyzed errors to improve our processes.
After a second maternity leave, I became part of the production management team, where I am currently mainly in charge of production and personnel planning. I am also available to the Production team for any consultation and support to the quality management team in complex cases.
How did you find your way to etiqueta.es?
I started working as a media designer at Druckerei Nilles in 2009 and was able to support etiqueta.es from the very beginning. I joined the print shop right after my final exam, with the intention of consolidating the technical knowledge I had learned during my studies. However, I soon realized that I felt much more comfortable in this field than in the design world. What started as an idea to get to know the world of printing has turned into 15 years. I had the opportunity to see how etiqueta.es went from an idea to a reality. I had the opportunity to participate in the design of the logo and to follow every step of the creation of the company.
What is your role at etiqueta.es, and what does your daily work look like?
After my second maternity leave, I joined the production management team. I plan customer orders for our machines, determine the printing order and, in coordination with customer service, monitor delivery dates and special requests. I am always available to answer questions from the production team, make quality decisions or obtain necessary information.
Thanks to my training as a graphic designer, I have a good command of design programs and can check if our clients’ files are suitable for production. If necessary, I propose alternative or more efficient solutions. Working hand in hand with the machine operators, I can better assess whether a finish is feasible and how it will look on the label.
What makes your job special?
The variety of tasks and the freedom to make decisions. Thanks to the new technologies, I am constantly learning about the machines, their possibilities and their challenges. In addition, we are also allowed to make mistakes here, which helps me to continue to grow. The special thing about my job is also the team, which supports each other: for me they are not just colleagues, many have become friends.
What makes etiqueta.es a great employer?
I like coming to work every day, it doesn’t feel like work. I like what I can do here. We are a team made up of very different people who, with their strengths and weaknesses, are united by the desire to create something great. No one gets lost in the day-to-day hustle and bustle. Each person has the opportunity to develop their potential and contribute the best of themselves.
Over the past few years, we have managed to create an incredible atmosphere of camaraderie, which helps us to maintain our focus, reinforce our strengths and achieve our goals.
What has been your highlight at etiqueta.es so far?
Actually, what I value most is the trust they have placed in me; that, for me, is the greatest achievement. I am also very grateful for the opportunities I have been given, whether it be to reconcile my work and personal life with two children and a position of responsibility, or to participate in business trips that have boosted my personal development.
